We all experience life differently, but we also all experience things that create passion for us to make change. Hear how Jaime has taken her life experiences and turned them into volunteer advocacy to affect change in numerous marginalized communities.

About Jaime

Jaime Erin Fivecoat is a volunteer advocate.  She volunteers for five organizations.  She is on the Board of The Obesity Action Coalition (OAC), which is a patient advocacy organization for the treatment of obesity, Secretary of Upstate Pride SC (UPSC) for the LGBTQ+ community, facilitates two SMART Recovery meetings for dealing with any form of addiction, is a member of the GHS Clinical University Patient Engagement Studio, and works on projects with Gender Benders a local Transgender Support Group.

She feels deeply that we are all equal and advocates for the rights of those who are marginalized, discriminated against, or are victims of any form of stigma.  She has a BSEd. from Bowling Green State University and a MBA from Kent State University.  Jaime is retired from a 38 year career with Michelin North America. She and her wife Karen have been married for 43 years and are moms to three dogs.
